Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Stonestown Galleria, 3251 20th Ave, Suite 101, San Francisco, CA 94132.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 60 minutes.
What is the age suitability?
We have games suitable for ages 5 and up, but not all games are suitable for young children. For families with children aged 5+ we would also recommend Shaun the Sheep, Angry Birds and our Junior Bundle. All other games are suitable for ages 8+ to adult, with the exception of Squid Game which we recommend for ages 16+.Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the experience. In our US venues, under 18s will require an adult to sign a waiver in the venue on their behalf on arrival.Turn on screen reader support
How many people can play?
Our Gameboxes hold a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 players, so when making your booking each transaction will be limited to this number. You will need to split your group into teams and proceed with multiple transactions to allocate into different Gameboxes and play at the same time.
Can I add players?
We may be able to help you change your booking. If your group is below 6, you might be able to pay for the additional members upon arrival; if over the maximum capacity per room, we cannot guarantee availability for the additional guests.
Will I be put with other people?
No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!
Are there any physical requirements?
Immersive Gamebox involves mild physical activity and does not require a specific level of fitness to play. Most disabilities and access requirements, including wheelchair access, can be accommodated. Some of our games are better suited to certain access requirements than others, so if you need advice, please get in touch directly with Immersive Gamebox before booking through
help@immersivegamebox.com and they will help you choose.
Can I store my belongings?
Use of lockers are available free of charge at all of our venues for storage of bags, coats and non-essential items while you are playing - however we cannot guarantee availability, so please consider this when planning your experience.
What should I wear?
Please wear sensible footwear: flat shoes or trainers, no open toes or heels. We advise wearing just one layer, as you may get warm when being active in the Gamebox!
How early do I need to arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your kick off time. We will get you all sorted so you are ready to start playing!
What happens if I arrive late?
We give all customers a 10 minute grace period for being late.
Are there flashing lights?
For any players with photosensitive conditions please be aware that our adventures contain digital projections that are a source of flickering light. Please get in touch directly with Immersive Gamebox before booking through

Are you allowed drinks in the Gamebox?
Yes, you are able to bring your own water bottle into the Gamebox with you. Most of all our venues also have drink options available for purchase throughout the game.
Can I bring a birthday cake?
It's not a birthday party without cake! While we allow birthday cake for birthday parties, we ask that you please get in touch directly with Immersive Gamebox through
help@immersivegamebox.com and notify staff in advance when booking so they can accommodate this.
Do you have a bar?
We do not have separate bars at our venues, all drinks are served during your experience
Can drinks be consumed during gameplay?
Yes! You order during your game and drink throughout!
Do you serve food and drink?
Our US venues vary by state, with most offering soft drinks and beers and wine at select venues. The San Francisco Stonestown Galleria venue offers non-alcoholic drinks. To make sure your drinks are served quickly and our Gameboxes are in top shape, all our drinks are served in cans or plastic. We do not currently offer food for standard bookings.
Can you host a party at Immersive Gamebox?
Yes, we offer different package options dependent on the venue. Head on over to our

Can you hire out the Immersive Gamebox venue?
Most of our venues offer full venue hire, you can find out more on what your closest venue offers by heading over to our
party package page. Please note, full venue hire is subject to location.
How do I book for a large group?
You can create a booking for up to 24 players by creating multiple transactions. Please note, larger bookings are subject to venue availability.
Can I bring people to watch?
Yes, all are welcome to watch you crush the game - and, maybe even join in.
Are Immersive Gamebox venues cashless?
All our venues apart from our Berlin locations are cashless and only accept card payments for on site purchases.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking at the mall.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Only service dogs are allowed in the venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, carers are granted free entrance.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, we have 2 restrooms in the venue.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, we have a phone holder available in each Gamebox.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes.
Are strollers/prams allowed?
Strollers are allowed in the venue, but only outside of the Gamebox. We have a place to hold them.
Regarding the tickets
How do I make a booking?
To make a booking you must first choose the game you wish to play or if you prefer to choose once you arrive at the venue. Then, choose how many players, date and time. Our Gameboxes hold a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 players, so when making your booking our system will automatically limit each transaction to that range.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can
contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals.
Can I change my booking?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please
contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Are reservations required in advance?
Although all our venues do accept walk in bookings, due to high demand we do recommend you book in advance to secure your game experience.
Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store. On the
Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
