How do I make a booking?
To make a booking you must first choose your location then the game you wish to play. Click the book now button and you will be taken to choose your players, date and time. Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking our system will automatically reserve multiple game boxes to accommodate your group size.
Moving/Amending your booking
We are happy for you to move or cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival time and you can do this by clicking on the 'Manage my Booking' link within your booking confirmation email.
Once there, you can select a new date or time as well as cancel your booking should you wish. Please note that at selected venues ifl you move your booking from an off-peak to peak time, there may be an additional payment to be made. Likewise, we will refund any overpayment should you move to an off-peak slot from a peak slot.
If you cancel your booking prior to 24 hours before you will receive a full refund. If you wish to reduce players anytime up to 24 hours prior to your booking you will receive a full refund of the ticket. We cannot guarantee refund or reschedule once within the 24 hour period. We do not offer refunds for non arrivals.
The price is based per person, per experience. Pricing will differ per location, you can find more on the location page.
If your group is below 6 you can pay for the additional members upon arrival or email our team to add on the additional players, if over the maximum per room we cannot guarantee availability for the additional guests. You can reduce players and receive a refund for the ticket up until 24 hours prior to your booking by emailing our team. We do not offer refunds for non arrivals.
Are reservations required?
Although all of our venues accept walk in’s due to high demand we do recommend booking in advance to secure your game!
We offer General Admission (Ages 12+) and Junior (Ages 5-11) as our two standard tickets.
*We offer discounted tickets Monday - Wednesday on 60 minute experiences only for Students/Blue Light Card (UK) or Military/College Student (US). * Subject to location.
Children aged 4 and below do not need a ticket purchased but please bear in mind the experience is very heavily sensory and may not be suitable for children of this age as a result.
They are more than welcome to be inside the Gamebox and watch but unfortunately they cannot join in. Any participants under the age of 5 years will not be able to play but allowed into the Gamebox at their guardian’s own risk, and only if the full group size does not exceed 6 per Gamebox booked.
What is the Age Suitability?
Immersive Gamebox is suitable for ages 5+, with our ‘Junior’ games specially designed for our younger players aged 5-11. There must be at least one adult (18+) per Gamebox with players under 12. If they do not wish to play, the adult is not required to purchase a ticket.
US specific: Ages 12-17 can play unaccompanied, but will require an adult (18+) to sign the waiver on their behalf upon arrival.
How many people can play?
Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking our system will automatically reserve multiple game boxes to accommodate your group size. You will need to split the group into teams and you will all play at the same time.
Will I be put with other groups?
No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you.
Are there any physical requirements?
You will be moving around your Gamebox as the controller of the game, however our games aren’t too physical and all activity is contained in one Gamebox, so you don’t need a specific level of fitness to play. Most disabilities and access requirements can be accommodated but we want to make sure the games are safe and enjoyable for everyone, so if you’re not sure, please get in touch before booking and we can help you figure it out. For any players with photosensitive conditions please be aware that our adventures contain digital projections that are a source of flickering light. Can I store my belongings?
Use of lockers are available free of charge at all of our venues for storage of bags, coats and non-essential items while you are playing - however we cannot guarantee availability, so please consider this when planning your experience.
What should I wear?
Please wear sensible footwear: flat shoes or trainers, no open toes or heels. We advise wearing just one layer, as you may get warm when being active in the Gamebox!
How do I book for a large group?
You can book yourself up to 24* people for any standard booking

Do you serve food & drink?
All of our UK venues offer a drinks service including soft drinks, beer, wine and pre-mixed spirts. Our US venues varies by state, with most offering soft drinks and beers and wine at select venues. Check the venue page to see if your local Gamebox offers full drinks. To make sure your drinks are served quickly and our Gameboxes are in top shape, all our drinks are served in cans or plastic. We do not currently offer food for standard bookings.
Do you have a bar?
We do not have separate bars at our venues, all drinks are served during your experience
Is there a prepaid option for drinks?
Yes! Most venues offer a Game & Drink package which you pre-order drinks for your experience - check out our parties page to find our more! *Subject to location
Can drinks be consumed during gameplay?
Yes! You order during your game and drink throughout!
Can I use cash to pay for drinks?
All of our UK venues are cashless and only accept card payments. Most US venues are also cashless but are subject to requirements.
