FAQ – Manage a booking

You can edit your reservation via the link sent in your booking confirmation email.

 

The subject line for that email will read “Booking Confirmed:”, then simply select “manage booking”.

You’ll then be able to change the time or date of your booking or cancel.

 

If your booking is within the next 48 hours, you won’t be able to make changes yourself.

  • If you’d like to add a player you can do this in the venue (assuming you’re not going over 6 players per box).
