Standard tickets are fully flexible and can be moved up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. You can do this yourself via the "manage my booking" button on your confirmation email.

For changes or cancellations to bookings less than 48 hours away (or for tickets purchased within the 48-hour period), tickets cannot be rescheduled, and you will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation. We cannot issue refunds or allow rescheduling for non-arrivals.

Special packages relating to large groups; such as kids birthday parties, schools and other larger events have additional terms relating to cancellation and refunds. Please see the “parties & packages” tab.

Yes, we are happy for you to move or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. To do this, simply hit the 'Manage My Booking' link found in your order confirmation. Once landed, you can choose a new time or date, or cancel should you wish.

Our pricing is based on a per person, per experience basis and will differ per location. To find pricing information, simply select your game, click 'book now' and explore the different ticket prices and options.

The price you may see displayed initially is a 'From £...' price. This is the lowest possible price you could book for. However, once you select a date and time the pricing can change depending on if the venues' peak pricing is in effect. Peak times are pre-determined by the venue's busiest periods, typically this will be during school holidays, weekends and busier weekday evenings, can can vary between our different venues.

We offer General Admission (Ages 12+) and Junior (Ages 3-11) as our two standard tickets. 

We offer discounted tickets Monday - Wednesday* on 60 minute experiences only for Students/Blue Light Card (UK) or Military/College Student (US).

We have games suitable for ages 3 and up, but not all games are suitable for young children. PAW Patrol is perfect for families with children aged 3. For families with children aged 5+ we would recommend Angry Birds or our Junior Bundle. All other games are suitable for ages 8+ to adult, with the exception of Squid Game which we recommend for ages 12+. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the experience. In our US venues, under 18s will need an adult to sign a waiver at the venue upon their arrival.

If your group is below 6 you can pay for the additional members upon arrival or email our team to add on the additional players; if over the maximum per room we cannot guarantee availability for the additional guests. You can reduce players and receive a refund for the ticket up until 48 hours prior to your booking by emailing our team on [email protected]. We do not offer refunds for non arrivals.

No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!

Immersive Gamebox involves mild physical activity and does not require a specific level of fitness to play. Most disabilities and access requirements, including wheelchair access, can be accommodated for. 

Some of our games are better suited to certain access requirements than others, so if you need advice, please get in touch before booking and we will help you choose on [email protected]. For any players with photosensitive conditions please be aware that our adventures contain digital projections that are a source of flickering light.
