Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on immersivegamebox.com/gift-voucher-redemption, as full payment for the selected Game Length at a specified venue, subject to availability.

A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Card, Gift Voucher, Merchandise or on food or drink purchases in the venue.

As with Immersive Gamebox games paid for by other means, bookings made with Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded, but may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase date and are redeemable from January 1st 2024 to December 31st 2024 for Give the Gift, and June 6th 2024 - June 6th 2025. If the Gift Voucher value is not used by the Gift Voucher expiry date, then that credit shall be forfeited and cannot be used or refunded. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, and can only be redeemed in the venue they were purchased for. Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any monetary value.
