To book you must provide an accurate email address and a telephone number.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Standard tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. You can do this yourself via the manage my booking button on your confirmation email. For cancellations of bookings or tickets less than 48 hours away, you will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation.
For tickets purchased within the 48 hour period (same day) are not entitled to reschedule, refund or any compensation should you wish to cancel your booking. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals.

OPERATIONAL POLICIES
Arriving for your experience, and what to bring
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled experience start time. If you are late for your scheduled experience start time, we cannot guarantee availability. We will try to accommodate a different start time or shorter adventure where possible, however if this cannot be accommodated your experience will be cancelled.
We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals or shortened experiences due to lateness. We cannot guarantee refunds in the event of severe weather, travel disruption or other external factors.
If you or any of your group are running late on the day, please contact us as early as possible on [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of booking. You may receive an email request to check in before you arrive, if you do then please follow the instructions for a smooth arrival when you get to the venue.
We may require the confirmation email to be shown on arrival.
Your booking is valid only for the game/package you have chosen. Tickets are available on the door as well as online, subject to availability.
Use of lockers are available free of charge at all of our venues for storage of bags, coats and non-essential items while you are playing – however we cannot guarantee availability, so please consider this when planning your experience.
Immersive Gamebox does not accept any liability for loss, damage or theft of your personal possessions while in our venues.
Pricing
We offer General Admission tickets at full price, and a reduced “Junior” price for guests aged 11 or under. We also offer reduced ticket rates for-
UK – Student/Blue Light (valid for off peak and 60 minute experience only)
Forms of ID – NUS/Totem, University Student ID card and International Student Identity Card (ISIC)
Blue light also can include valid NHS ID.
We offer 1 Free Carer Ticket per booking, Our venue team may ask for one of the following as proof of carer status- DLA/DWP/PIP award letter, A Blue Badge, International Proof of Disability (ISA (international symbol of access) or similar must be printed on it)
US – Military/Student (valid for off peak and 60 minute experience only) Military can be used by spouses with valid ID but not children.
UK – Tax is included in all prices listed on our website.
US – Tax is added to all ticket prices charged at the sales tax rate of the state.
Pricing is specific to the chosen venue, experience and date of your experience when booking.
Who can play
We do not offer tickets to guests under the age of 3. However, guests under the age of 3 years are allowed into the Gamebox, as a non-playing addition, at their parent or guardian’s own discretion, and only if the full group size (including the under 3) does not exceed 6 people per Gamebox. Strollers, pushchairs and other similar items are not permitted inside the Gamebox, we may be able store these for you while you play, although we cannot guarantee that there will be space available at your chosen location.
Juniors (anyone aged 3-11) must be accompanied by an adult (18+) when playing. At all times, our venue teams reserve the right to refuse entry to such groups, if an accompanying adult is not present. Accompanying adults are not required to purchase a ticket to supervise guests aged 11 and under in the Gamebox if they do not wish to participate. However, the total number of people in the Gamebox must not exceed 6.
Our venues are open to guests with a wide range of accessibility needs.

Dogs are not permitted in our venues, with the exception of Guide Dogs/Service Animals.
Guest behaviour in our venues
For the enjoyment and safety of other guests and staff, our venue team reserve the right to refuse entry to any guests deemed to be intoxicated or behaving inappropriately, and remove guests from the venue for these reasons.
We will not tolerate any abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff.
No food is allowed to be brought into or consumed in our Gameboxes.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside.
No illegal substances may be brought onto the premises at any time.
We respectfully ask that firearms are not brought into our business.
Use of images and recordings from our venues
Capturing a GIF is a fun part of the experience we offer at Immersive Gamebox – these images are displayed in our venues at the end of your game. Please let a member of staff know if you do not wish for your image to be displayed in venue.
By making a booking with Immersive Gamebox you agree that any images and video taken of you and your group by us at our venues may be used for promotional activities online and in print by Immersive Gamebox and their partners. If you do not wish Immersive Gamebox to use these images and video, please notify us before the day of your event.
It is prohibited to record or render the Gamebox experience using any means whatsoever, including but not limited to electronic devices, mechanical devices and/or sound recording devices, without the prior written consent of Immersive Group Gaming, subject to the explicit and limited exceptions contained in these Terms & Conditions
Drinks Service
UK: Where we are licensed to serve alcohol in all of our UK venues, we operate a strict challenge 25 policy, and will refuse service to anyone who cannot reasonably prove they are 18+.
We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest deemed to be intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
US: Where we are licensed to serve alcohol in the US, we will do so at our sole discretion, only to persons who can prove they are 21+ with a valid, government issued ID and only in line with all applicable Federal, State, and City regulations. Our staff can refuse alcohol service to anyone for any reason
Party Packages (Specific Locations Only)
Game and Drink Package– Tickets can be refunded up to 72 hours in advance of the booking time by contacting support. Cancellations of bookings less than 72 hours away, you will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals.
Bonus Level Package /Full Venue Hire Package– We require full payment upon booking, if payment is not made within the requested time your booking will no longer stand and you will no longer have a reservation for the time requested. If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your booking and will receive a 50% refund of your total booking cost . Once within the 14 days any amendments made to your booking will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals.
School Booking- We require full payment upon booking, if payment is not made within the requested time your booking will no longer stand and you will no longer have a reservation for the time requested. If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your booking and will receive a 50% refund of your total booking cost . Once within the 14 days any amendments made to your booking will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals.
Booking terms and conditions (Bookings 12+ players)
To secure your booking, a full payment of 100% is required.
Please note that your ticket purchase includes a non-refundable deposit of 20%. The remaining 80% of your payment is refundable, provided that notice of cancellation is given at least two weeks prior to the event date.
In the event you need to reduce the number of players per booking, the same terms as above will apply.
If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us no later than one week before the scheduled start time.
Payment links will only be active for the first 48 hours from the moment they are sent. After this period, the payment link will be deleted, and the reserved space will become available.
If a pizza order is not placed at least 48 hours before the booking, the default selection will be Margherita pizza.
Outside food, drink and decorations is not permitted.
The same operational policies apply as outlined above.
Kids Parties Packages (Specific Locations Only)
An accompanying adult (18+) must be present in any Gamebox where a Guest aged 11 or under is present.
Accompanying adults are not required to purchase a ticket to supervise guests aged 11 and under in the Gamebox if they do not wish to participate, the full group size may not exceed 6 per Gamebox.
Tickets can be refunded up to 72 hours in advance of the booking time by contacting support. Cancellations of bookings less than 72 hours away, you will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule.
Gravity MAX Parties
All party bookings are to be secured with payment in full which is subject to a 72-hour cooling off period. Customers are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled within 72 hours of making the booking. Bookings cancelled after this time will only be offered a reschedule, if this cannot be achieved then the payment will be non refundable.
No refunds will be issued on the day for any participants not able to attend. This includes arriving late, non-attendance or any amendments made to the booking on the day. Gravity will endeavour to accommodate a reschedule wherever possible if available.
All food options and participant numbers must be confirmed 10 days before the date of the event.
Please note any changes to your booking that involve increasing the number of your party will rely on the availability of the venue, please note any additions will not be allowed on your booking if we are at full capacity. You are required to ensure you add extra members of your party to the booking at least 10 days before to avoid disappointment.
If you wish to add people to your booking please call 0330 159 5815 at least 10 days prior to the event. If payment is received prior to this document being received this is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The same operational policies apply as outlined above.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Purchasing a Gift Card
We are offering Gift Cards: As a digital only voucher delivered via email
Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing Gift Cards. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Digital eGift Cards purchased through our website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address specified by the purchaser at the time of order.
When ordering a Digital eGift Card, the purchaser should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. Immersive Gamebox cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Card. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
UK: Gift Cards expire 18 months after the date of purchase
US: Gift cards have no expiration date
Ticket prices may change, please be aware when purchasing, it is redeemed against monetary value. If a code is not received, either online or in-venue, please contact Guest Services [email protected].
Redeeming a Gift Card
Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Website, as full or part payment of any game at a specified venue, subject to availability.
When redeeming a Gift Card, if the intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher, the difference must be made up with an alternative method of payment.
A Gift card cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Card or on food or drink purchases in the venue.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase Merchandise.
As with Immersive Gamebox games paid for by other means, bookings made with Gift Cards cannot be refunded, but may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Gift Card credit may be used for multiple bookings, up to the value of the voucher, prior to the expiry date.
If all or part of the Gift Card value is not used by the Gift Card expiry date, then that credit shall be forfeited and cannot be used or refunded.
Gift Cards are non-transferable, and can only be redeemed in the venue they were purchased for. Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any monetary value.

If the Gift Voucher value is not used by the Gift Voucher expiry date, then that credit shall be forfeited and cannot be used or refunded. Purple Card
"Purple20" voucher code is not valid at the following venues: Gravity Castleford UK, Gravity Wandsworth UK, Gravity Liverpool UK, Berlin Germany, Santikos USA, Sydney AUS, Oberhausen Germany, Dubai UAE and Sharjah UAE. Only valid for existing Immersive Gamebox customers. Discount cannot be used with any other promotions. Proof of status maybe requested by Immersive Gamebox staff.
SMS Terms and Conditions
The service ‘Immersive Gamebox Alerts’ provides updates on products and services based on your profile which you opted-in with. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected]
